A list of registered electors is available at Town Hall, during regular office hours, from now until October 15th.
Curbside voting will be available outside the Civic Centre for those with mobility issues. More information on this option will be available through the Town.
Voting will take place at the Qualicum Beach Civic Centre, 747 Jones Street.

If you are not on the list of registered electors, you must bring at least two documents that prove who you are (BC Driver's Licence, BC ID, Care Card, SIN card, Citizenship card, bank card or debit card) and where you live (telephone, hydro or gas bill, property tax document). One of these documents must contain your signature.
If you own property in Qualicum Beach but are not a resident, you may be able to register as a Non-Resident Property Elector (NRPE). You must bring with you evidence of ownership (recent Land Title Certificate) and a consent form signed by a majority of owners.

You can request a mail ballot now by filling out the request form on the Town website at:

The week of September 26th, mail ballot packages will be ready for pick-up / mail-out. Any requests for mail ballot packages after September 29th must be picked up at Town Hall. Deadline to request is October 13th (pickup by October 14th).
You may return your completed mail ballot using the envelope provided, dropping it off (in person) at Town Hall, during business hours from 9 am - 1 pm, Monday to Friday; or by turning it in (in person) on the Advance Voting Days, or on Election Day.
Note: Ballots received after 8 pm on Election Day will not be counted.
